Peter Kazella is the Principal of Pkaza Critical Facilities Recruiting, Inc. and has over 20 years of experience supporting diverse industries and business disciplines. He has experience recruiting in both the US and Canada. Peter began recruiting as an agency recruiter for several firms and eventually became a Recruiting Manager at InterWorld Corp and MercuryTech. Peter’s entrepreneurial drive began after leaving SilverSearch Inc as an IT Agency recruiter and worked independently on several contracts recruiting assignments.
During this time, Peter established Pkaza Critical Facilities Recruiting, Inc dba Pkaza – Critical Facilities Recruiting. Peter is an active board member of the AFCOM NY/NJ Chapter and attends all national events for the organization. He is also an active member in the local NY 7×24 Chapter / National 7×24 Exchange, and Infrastructure Masons. Peter has spoken at the Uptime Institute, CapRate, and AFCOM regarding critical facilities staffing challenges. Peter participates as a member of many other technical and business networking alliances and conferences such as DCD – DatacenterDynamics, Bisnow, IMN, CapRate, and Gartner Group. Peter travels nationwide to conferences to meet the various leaders in the data center industry.
Peter’s motivated by his four children and his lovely wife Erin of nearly 20 years. Peter stays active in supporting his kids’ social and sports schedules. Peter likes to go fishing, skiing, play soccer and watch his kids at sporting events. Peter enjoys a good scotch and loves Weis Bier. After living in Randolph for 14 years, Peter has relocated to Weddington, NC (South of Charlotte) with plans to eventually open a second office in NC. Peter remains active in his new hometown of Weddington, NC, and helps with his children’s teams when needed and when time allows. Peter is a first-generation Hungarian and is one of four boys.
